Prince George’s County’s First Food Hall

Savor at Studio 3807 is Prince George’s County’s first artisanal culinary food hall! Savor is the brainchild of business attorney and food entrepreneur April N. Richardson Esq. and Peter Siegel, a socially conscious developer.  April’s vision for Savor was influenced by the community’s needs coupled with the insight from Peter’s apartment development, Studio 3807, which is located above Savor. 

Savor, located at 3807 Rhode Island Ave, Brentwood MD, we are proud to offer diverse dining options in this certified food desert and opportunity zone.

Savor boasts over 8,500sf of space that is designed for the community to eat, meet, and socialize. It features local chefs, farmers, and makers that created an indoor farmers market, artisans market, and a variety of mini restaurants. Savor also has private event space to rent, a pop up where new food concepts can be tested, and a removable stage for live music performances. As a committed supporter of the arts and community, Savor offers an exciting culinary space for residents and neighbors to explore diverse and exciting local culinary options.

Savor is the launch pad for future restaurantors. We will incubate our food vendors by providing technical assistance in the areas of menu development, food science, business, legal, accounting and workforce development all with the goal of having food entrepreneurs grow into full scale restaurants in Prince George’s County.d

Little Minor Taco

18th century silver miners in Mexico would wrap gun powder in paper to create makeshift explosives that would allow them to do their job. These explosives were named “tacos”. During lunch, the miners would wrap meat with tortillas and began calling them “tacos”. This is how the taco was born. Little Miner Taco is a local, from scratch taqueria in Savor Food Hall at Studio 3807. Authentic flavors sourcing local ingredients.
